Fees: Our Children's Camp Fee includes everything except tuck shop, transportation and applicable government taxes.

Bulgarian Adventure Language Camp is pleased to offer an easy to use International Travel Package recommended for all summer campers travelling from other countries.

The package covers all expenses from arrival at Sofia airport to camp and then return after camp stay, giving an all inclusive cost for travel expenses incurred by campers both to and from camp.

The cost of the International Travel Package is 50.00 EUR (All taxes included)

Included in the price of the package:

• Meet and Greet Services at Sofia Airport

• Airport Transfer Shuttle to and from camp on both arrival day & departure day

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Parents are responsible for their child’s flight plans, and should book tickets early to ensure space is available on the flight of your choice and to get the best airfare available.

ARRIVAL FLIGHTS – Please plan for your camper to arrive in Sofia on the same day to the start of the camp session.

RETURN FLIGHTS - Do not book return flights from Sofia leaving before 5:00pm (17:00) on closing day as transfer to Sofia airport and check-in cannot be completed properly before that time.

International campers must have a passport physically at camp in case of emergency medical evacuation return. Campers with electronic tickets must supply a photocopy of the confirmation/receipt to the camp office.

Our partner Bultravel will take care of your trip to Sofia Airport, you have to mark the box in application form.

How to pay the camp fee

   The camp fee can be paid either in one payment or in two payments.

Two payments

1. First payment - by bank transfer to the bank account of Lilia Travel, specified below. This payment is due with the Registration Form.

2. Second payment -  paid in cash after arrival at the camp, at the registration desk

One payment

1. The camp fee - can be paid by bank transfer to the bank account of Lilia Travel in advance, along with the Registration Form.

   A student has a reserved place at the camp only if he /she has registered and paid the required partial or full camp fee in advance.
